The Gary International Black Film Festival (GIBFF) is Gary’s hometown cultural event that supports community building by bringing audiences and artists together through film. This annual, 3-day event presents films from independent filmmakers, panel discussions, matinee screenings for middle and high school youth and in-depth chats with filmmakers, industry professionals and local community leaders. Your support helps us bring thoughtful independent film screenings as a catalyst for positive, community-based cultural engagement.

Your support of this festival is acknowledged throughout a diverse cross section of Gary and Lake County residents. The festival offers three days of exposure to thoughtful audiences who carry the experience of the festival into the greater community dialogue. Business Patrons can use this exposure for your company. Individual patrons can be recognized personally, or acknowledge a special charitable organization.

Collateral and marketing materials are high quality, high impact pieces that traditionally have a
shelf life long past the festival. Collaterals will be strategically distributed at the festival (1400 attendees) and throughout Lake County to provide the greatest visibility possible. The festival also offers year-round exposure for donors at the $5,000 & above level.
